Three-Year-Olds Preschool/K3


As out 2-year-old students transition 3-year-old Perschoolers our teacher will begin to challenge their growing minds. They learn through exploration and trial and error. They will begin to use all five of their senses and being hands on. 3-year-olds will perfect their gross and fine motor skills. A young preschooler can spend hours climbing up and going down a slide over and over again simply perfecting coordination. They will learn riding tricycles, running simple obstacle courses and putting together a 6-piece puzzle, modeling with clay or Playdoh, and stacking block. Our teacher will have routines and create habits of a schedules. Communication at this age will increase. Teachers begin introducing the letters sounds of the alphabet and teaching them to write and copy letters on paper. Children at this age should be able to sort objects according to one characteristic such as size, shape, or color with deals with math. Our ultimate goal is to provide a safe and exploratory environment conducive to learning, where the students will thrive and develop at a perfect pace.
