Meal Program

To help us secure funding and determine if your child qualifies for free or reduced-price meals and snacks, every family must complete the attached Meal Benefit Income Eligibility Statement. Even if you do not think your family qualifies, please fill out the form. It directly impacts our program's resources.

Fill out and sign all Highlighted Fields. (It is optional to put income earnings). If you receive snap please be sure to fill in the client ID not the card number.

 If you don’t apply for the Meal Program

We are pleased to offer two payment options for lunch at Bemiss Academy Elementary or your child may bring a packed lunch.

1. Parents can bring a check, cash or money order to the office to pay on the student’s account.

2. Online payments

Enter the appropriate information in the lunch form. You will receive a confirmation email.

A Continental Breakfast and afternoon snack is available to all students for FREE.
